  1. You’re so right it’s not the end of the world if you slip a bit with the diet; people need to stop stressing so much. And you look fine on the air; you’ve made a lot of progress already. But you NEVER looked heavy on TV, no matter what you may have thought. And remember, EVERYONE is THEIR OWN worst critic. I always stress about my flabby belly but others tell me I look fine. So your message is true; no need to get depressed about getting a bit lazy about the diet-you just plow ahead and resolve to do better in the future. It really isn’t something to cry about, right?
